Product Description
This turnstile gate drive controller is a high-performance, reliable solution featuring a 6.5A supply current, RS232 communication interface, DC 24V input voltage, and an operating temperature range of -20℃ to +55℃. With compact dimensions of 190mm × 80mm (length × width), it is equipped with 4 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs, complemented by optocoupler isolation for enhanced stability. Comprehensive hardware protection mechanisms are integrated, including low-voltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating safeguards. Additionally, the product supports RS232 communication and is compatible with the Modbus communication protocol.

Upgraded our old brushed motor to this brushless servo unit. The difference is night and day—much quieter, smoother acceleration, and no overheating. The 1:50 gear ratio gives plenty of power for heavy gate arms. Very satisfied!

Replaced an old AC motor with this servo unit. Power consumption dropped significantly. Planetary gearbox has minimal backlash. Gate opens and closes smoothly every time. Very satisfied.
