Product Description

20-60V DC 12A low voltage DC servo drive engineered for high precision motion control applications. It integrates a 17-bit absolute encoder interface, RS232 / RS485 / CAN triple communication ports , delivering reliable and repeatable servo control for AGV, AMR, robotic arm and precision automation equipment.

1. High-Precision Control

Built-in 17-bit absolute encoder feedback with high resolution position detection, no homing required after power-on. Advanced current loop and position loop algorithms keep positioning repeatability stable, supporting high speed and high precision point-to-point and interpolation motion.

2. RS232 / RS485 / CAN Communication

Standard RS232, RS485 and CAN interfaces support Modbus RTU and CANopen protocols. Multi-drive daisy-chain networking enables centralized parameter setting, real-time status monitoring and coordinated motion control of multi-axis systems through one host controller.

3. Strong Overload Capability

Rated 12A continuous current with 36A peak current for 3 seconds. Smart current limiting and torque compensation keep the drive stable under sudden load changes, effectively preventing over-travel and stalling during acceleration and obstacle encounters.
