DC24V  Turnstile Servo Driver Swing Barrier Flap Turnstile Servo Control Board Anti-tailgating, Anti-reverse, Infrared Anti-Pinch Protection

MBC200 2-in-1 brushless servo turnstile control board matches 2400-line position feedback brushless servo motors. Adopting servo control technology, it detects motor position in real time without an external encoder. It supports self-learning of load curves and built-in physical anti-pinch protection.
The board supports multiple passage modes including card swiping, free passage and forbidden passage. Integrated with complete passage logic, it detects illegal break-in, tailgating, lingering, reverse passage and infrared anti-pinch. It is widely compatible with swing barriers, flap barriers and sliding gates.
Compared with ordinary brushless solutions, this solution realizes anti-pinch by position & speed dual detection with adjustable sensitivity. The turnstile stops stably without shaking. Equipped with an on-board supercapacitor module for power-off gate opening, RS485 Modbus communication, 4 independent PNP NO infrared sensor ports and an interface for external 8W 4Ω speaker, it meets various security pedestrian turnstile project requirements.
